The activities are aimed at further consolidating the belief and attachment of union members and workers to the Trade Union organization; arousing the spirit of responsibility, will to rise up and aspiration to contribute of the team of workers.

Launching Workers' Month 2026, Ms. Le Thi Thu Thao - Chairwoman of Binh Dinh Ward Trade Union - called on officials, union members, workers, and laborers to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, discipline and responsibility; actively respond to Workers' Month with specific and practical actions.
In which, focus on emulation in labor production, improving productivity, quality, and efficiency of work; proactively study, improve qualifications, adapt to digital transformation and new requirements of the labor market; strictly comply with regulations on occupational safety and health.
Ms. Thao also requested grassroots Trade Unions and professional unions to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; better care for the lives of union members; protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; and accompany businesses in sustainable development.
Responding to the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia - union member of the grassroots trade union of General Trading, Service and Distribution Co., Ltd. - committed to actively working creatively, promoting initiatives, technical improvements, improving productivity and work efficiency; strictly complying with regulations on occupational safety and hygiene, building a united and civilized working environment.

Mr. Nghia hopes to continue to receive the attention of leaders at all levels, trade union organizations and businesses in ensuring jobs, income, and improving working conditions and lives for workers.
At the launching ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation - acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Ward Trade Union, grassroots Trade Unions, grassroots professional unions, and union members and workers in the past time.
Ms. Thuy requested trade union levels to continue to strengthen their role in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; improve the effectiveness of dialogue and collective bargaining, especially issues of wages, labor safety, working conditions, working hours, rest hours and health care for workers.
Trade union officials at all levels must take the lead in creative labor emulation movements, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; focus on completing the targets of Workers' Month 2026," Ms. Thuy emphasized.
On this occasion, the Gia Lai Provincial Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union activities in 2025; commended 9 typical grassroots trade union presidents; and presented 35 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND.
