News from the Dien Ban Dong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on December 24 said: The Dien Ban Dong Ward Trade Union coordinated with the Da Nang City Employment Service Center to organize a Conference to promote unemployment insurance policies according to the Law on Employment for employees working at enterprises, cooperatives and production and business establishments in the area.
This is an activity to contribute to raising awareness and sense of compliance with the law on unemployment insurance of workers, while affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers in Dien Ban Dong ward.
At the conference, more than 100 workers were disseminated and the basic contents and new points of the unemployment insurance policy according to the Employment Law No. 74/2025/QH15.
The dossier focuses on regulations on: unemployment insurance regime; participants; unemployment insurance contribution rate; conditions, benefits and unemployment allowance duration; records, order, procedures for settling the regime; cases of changing the place of receiving, suspending, continuing, terminating and canceling unemployment benefits.
In addition, the conference also provided vocational training consultation and support for unemployed workers, introduced vocational schools and vocational training centers that were consulted and supported by the Da Nang City Employment Service Center, contributing to helping workers soon stabilize their jobs and improve their skills and income.
In particular, workers are instructed to submit unemployment insurance documents on the National Public Service Portal according to Decision No. 990/QD-BNV dated September 4, 2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, pilot the reception and settlement of administrative procedures on unemployment insurance in the electronic environment through the website dichvucong.gov.vn, helping workers save time, costs and access public services in a convenient and transparent manner.
