On October 25, the Dien Hong Ward Trade Union (Gia Lai Province) announced that the unit had just successfully organized the 1st Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
At the congress, delegates agreed on a number of annual targets such as: striving for 100% of state-owned grassroots trade unions and at least 85% of non-state-owned grassroots trade unions in coordination with employers to promulgate and implement grassroots democracy regulations.
100% of union members who need to resolve labor disputes at the Court will have union representatives participating or being supported by the union.

Ward trade unions conduct financial inspections at the same level on schedule; at least 20% of enterprise trade unions are inspected and supervised by the ward trade union.
Ms. Chau Hong Nhi - Chairman of Dien Hong Ward Trade Union - said that the target by the end of the term is to strive to have 2,800 more union members; strive for 85% or more of enterprises and units with trade unions to sign collective labor agreements.

The 1st Dien Hong Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, calls on all cadres, union members, workers and grassroots trade unions to continue to be proactive, creative, and effectively organize the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Ward Trade Union Congress.
