According to the Decision, the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union is under the Hanoi City Labor Federation, has legal status, is stamped and opened an account according to regulations. The tasks and powers of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union shall comply with the regulations of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the guidance of the Hanoi City Labor Federation and current regulations.
The Executive Committee of the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union was appointed to include 12 people, of which Ms. Tran Luu Quynh was the Chairwoman; appointed the Hai Ba Trung Ward Trade Union Inspection Committee to include 5 people.
