At the survey of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the situation of labor relations, workers and trade unions to serve the development of the Vietnam Trade Union Adaptation and Development Strategy in the new situation, representatives of the Trade Union of Matsuo Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd. proposed to increase the organization of training courses, foster negotiation and dialogue skills for grassroots trade union officials.
Representative of the Trade Union of Matsuo Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd. analyzed that when the Company had over 1,000 employees, the Trade Union participated in training courses for Trade Union officials of enterprises with over 1,000 employees. These training courses have a lot of in-depth knowledge, useful for grassroots union officials.
From the current reality of industrial parks and export processing zones, to meet new requirements as well as to adapt to the new situation, the higher-level Trade Union needs to organize training classes for Trade Unions with 500 or more employees. Thereby, each grassroots union cadre can improve their qualifications and operational skills.
