News from Hoa Cuong Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on March 28th said: The Ward Trade Union organizes the program "Journey to the Source" on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the establishment of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the 51st anniversary of the City Liberation Day (March 29, 1975 – March 29, 2026).
The activity was attended by representatives of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, local leaders, and grassroots trade union officials and members in the area.
The journey to "red addresses" rich in historical and cultural values aims to offer incense, commemorate and reminisce about the heroic revolutionary struggle tradition of the nation.
The first stop is Nghia Trung Hoa Vang - the resting place of many heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. In a solemn atmosphere, delegates and union members respectfully offered incense, observed a minute of silence to express their deep gratitude to those who fell for their homeland and country.
Next, the delegation came to offer incense at the Go Ha Victory Stele - a place associated with the glorious feats of arms in the resistance war. Here, union members were introduced to the history of formation, typical battles as well as the resilience of the local army and people during the fierce war years.
The journey closed with a visit to the B1 - Hong Phuoc Revolutionary Relic Site, a place that preserves many valuable documents about the revolutionary movement in Da Nang. True historical stories have contributed to fostering pride, striving will and sense of responsibility in each official and union member.
The program "Journey to the Source" is not only an occasion to show gratitude to the past but also a practical activity to educate traditions, raise political awareness, and foster revolutionary ideals for cadres and union members in the new period.
Through this series of meaningful activities, the spirit of solidarity and attachment in the trade union organization continues to be strengthened.
