News from Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on April 19 said: Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union organized a training conference to equip knowledge about trade union financial work and negotiate and sign collective labor agreements.
At the training session, the trainees listened to a speaker from the Da Nang City Labor Federation deploying the thematic content "Trade Union Finance Work for grassroots trade union officials and grassroots trade unions".
In which, conveying many important contents on trade union financial work such as: new regulations on revenue, expenditure and management of trade union finance; procedures for estimation, implementation and finalization of expenses; financial inspection and supervision at the grassroots level.
Along with that, trainees also listened to a thematic training speaker: "Skills in negotiating and signing collective labor agreements at units and businesses in the ward", specific guidance on the negotiation process, how to draft collective labor agreements, methods of collecting workers' opinions as well as important notes in the process of signing and organizing implementation. ...
Through the training class, the team of grassroots trade union officials has been equipped with more necessary knowledge and skills to perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
This is also an opportunity for units to exchange experiences and learn from each other in the process of organizing trade union activities.
