On May 30, Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union (Da Nang City) coordinated with Phat Long Phuoc Joint Stock Company to organize the launching ceremony of a model model on "Labor Safety Culture at the Workplace". This is a practical activity to concretize the plan of the City Labor Federation on building safety culture in trade union levels in the period 2025-2030.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Do, Chairwoman of Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union, emphasized that the implementation of this model point is not just a simple propaganda content, but also has strategic significance. The highest goal is to closely link trade union organizations and businesses in taking care of health, ensuring safety and life for workers, and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
At the event, the parties signed a coordination program on occupational safety and health and fire and explosion prevention, creating a legal basis and high consensus in implementing regulations at the factory.

According to Ms. Phuong, in the coming time, the Company's Trade Union Executive Committee will closely coordinate with the Enterprise's Board of Directors to promote inspection and reminder activities, and at the same time organize exchanges and skill guidance sessions to minimize the risk of labor accidents, towards the goal of sustainable development.
