On July 25, the Trade Union of Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City organized the program "Proud of Trade Union tradition - Emulation for innovation for workers" to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Responding to the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union launched the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income", aiming to build a team of workers with professional qualifications, vocational skills and digital skills, contributing to improving labor productivity, production and business efficiency and improving income.
Speaking in response to the movement, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Thao, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Da Nang City Hospital of Traditional Medicine, said that to respond to the emulation movement "Good labor, high productivity, good income" in the 2026 - 2031 period, based on the plan of the Ward Trade Union and the functions and tasks of the grassroots trade union, the hospital's Trade Union will implement solutions to promote improving skills, craftsmanship, and innovative activities.
Create conditions for union members and workers to promote initiatives, technical improvements, improve labor productivity, and be attached to units and trade union organizations.
At the same time, propose employers to implement mechanisms to encourage and motivate union members and workers to actively participate in emulation. Research and implement solutions to improve welfare for union members and workers, helping to increase actual income and improve the quality of life.
On this occasion, the Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union awarded scholarships to children of union members who are in difficult circumstances and overcome difficulties to rise up in their studies.
At the same time, many gifts were presented to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the area. The activity shows the practical concern and care of the Trade Union organization, contributing to encouraging union members and workers to overcome difficulties, feel secure in working, producing and attached to the Trade Union organization.
Also at the program, the Hoa Xuan Ward Trade Union also implemented a plan to coordinate with the Da Nang Smart Information and Supervision Center to implement the "Digital Education for All" program. Contributing to concretizing the policy of digital transformation and improving digital skills for union members and workers.
