On October 23, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Sam Son Ward Labor Union solemnly held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term, with the participation of 130 delegates representing more than 3,000 union members and workers in the area.
Attending and directing the Congress were comrade Luong Trong Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province; comrade Le Van Tuan - Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; comrade Bui Quoc Dat - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Sam Son Ward Party Committee.
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress determined that for the 2025 - 2030 term, it will focus on building a comprehensively strong trade union organization, promoting the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; promoting emulation movements, contributing to building Sam Son into a leading tourism, entertainment and recreation urban area in the country.
At the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of the Sam Son Ward Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.
Comrade Vu Tien Giang was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Sam Son Ward Trade Union, term I.
