On August 2, Mr. Kha Van Tam - Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation - said that Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union had just organized an inspection of the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the management and use of trade union finances in 2025 and the first 6 months of 2026 at affiliated grassroots trade unions.
The activity is implemented according to the 2026 inspection and supervision work program of Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union.
The inspection content focuses on the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; union member management; organization of Executive Committee meetings; collection, payment, management and use of union funds and membership fees; financial management, documents, books and implementation of the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour on trade union finance.
In addition to inspection work, Thai Hoa Ward Trade Union also organizes training and professional guidance for newly established grassroots trade unions according to the motto "holding hands and guiding". The training content focuses on basic professional skills such as organizing Executive Committee meetings; managing union members; implementing information and reporting regimes; trade union financial work; managing records and books; deploying activities to care for, represent, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Combining inspection with training helps grassroots trade unions promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of operation, and at the same time improve the capacity and skills of trade union officials. Thereby contributing to building a strong Trade Union organization, operating in a regular, effective, and regulated manner.
