On May 16, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Unit's Inspection Committee had organized an inspection of the implementation of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and trade union financial work at the grassroots Trade Union of Tan Khanh An Packaging Joint Stock Company.
The inspection team was headed by Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation.
Through inspection, it was found that the grassroots Trade Union of Tan Khanh An Packaging Joint Stock Company had quite well implemented the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; the management, collection and disbursement of trade union finances basically ensured compliance with regulations.
In addition, activities to care for and represent and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers are effectively implemented, contributing to building harmonious labor relations and a stable working environment at enterprises.
The inspection team also requested the grassroots trade union to continue to promote the achieved results, improve the quality of trade union activities, and better implement financial management and care for the lives of union members and workers.
