In particular, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, from the Trade Union of VICEM Corporation to grassroots trade unions, the professional unions have coordinated to organize many meaningful activities such as "Spring of Love", "Tet Sum Vay", visiting and giving gifts to the poor, doing good social security work in localities with a total amount of VND 17,928 billion.
The Trade Union of VICEM Corporation visited and presented Tet gifts to 1,868 union members and employees in difficult circumstances with an amount of 1.868 billion VND. The Vietnam Construction Trade Union has also provided subsidies and gifts to 850 union members and employees of VICEM with a total amount of VND 1,009 billion.
In addition, VICEM Trade Union has coordinated to organize "Union Meals" at 10 grassroots trade unions, attracting 6,000 union members and employees to participate; organized health rehabilitation nursing for 309 employees; mobilized units to support employees in difficulty with a total amount of VND 10,917 billion; launched union members to contribute one day's salary to the VICEM Charity Fund, raising over VND 4 billion.
The emulation movement for good and creative workers continues to be effective. In the first 9 months of the year, VICEM had 130 initiatives, 54 projects and emulation products recognized with a profit value of nearly 18 billion VND. The work of women's work and caring for children of union members has been widely implemented: rewarding 6,938 excellent students at all levels with an amount of over 2.4 billion VND, of which 464 children won international, national, provincial and municipal awards with an amount of 248 million VND.
In the last 3 months of 2025, the Trade Union of VICEM Corporation will continue to coordinate in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, grasping the ideology of employees and dialogues to resolve problems; strengthening inspection and supervision of the implementation of regimes, policies, labor laws, social insurance, health insurance; perfecting and improving the effectiveness of occupational safety and hygiene, the "Green - Clean - Beautiful" movement; caring for the lives, representing, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers;
Strengthen propaganda, education, study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; organize the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" associated with the 46th anniversary of the establishment of VICEM; deploy the Trade Union Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; continue to innovate women's work, financial management, supervision and improve the quality of trade union activities.
