For units implementing the reorganization, apparatus, merger, consolidation (new establishment), the Trade Union Congress will discuss and approve the report summarizing the activities of the Trade Union in the past term; decide on targets, directions, tasks and solutions for the coming term; give opinions on the draft documents of the higher-level Trade Union Congress; synthesize recommendations from union members and workers on issues related to the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers and Trade Union activities; give opinions on amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; announce the decision to appoint the executive committee, standing committee, inspection committee of the Trade Union (if any) for the new term and key positions; decide to appoint delegates to attend the higher-level Trade Union Congress (if any).
According to the plan of the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, the 2025 - 2030 term will include the following contents: Discussing and approving the report of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, 14th term, 2023 - 2028 to be submitted to the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; deciding on targets, directions, tasks and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Participating in giving opinions on the draft document of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2023 - 2028, submitted to the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; synthesizing recommendations from union members and workers on issues related to the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers and trade union activities. contribution to amending and supplementing the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Announce the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee of the new term of the Trade Union and key positions; decide to appoint delegates to attend the Congress of the higher-level Trade Union.
Propose to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Construction, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issues related to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the rights and interests of union members, employees, and trade union activities in the current situation.
According to the plan of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, the Trade Union of economic groups, general companies; and grassroots trade unions under the Vietnam Construction Trade Union will hold a congress and complete before November 30, 2025.
Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong said that the Vietnam Construction Trade Union Congress will be completed before December 31, 2025.
