Direct grassroots trade unions to dialogue and negotiate with employers on wages, bonuses, allowances, signatures, supervise the implementation of collective labor agreements and effectively implement the Law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises, ensure worker security and order and safety in industrial parks.
The Trade Union of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks also focuses on organizing activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers such as the program "Tet Sum Vay", "Tet Union Market", organizing visits, giving gifts, and giving support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
In addition, the tasks of propaganda and education among union members and workers; effectively organizing emulation movements among workers will continue to be implemented.
In particular, focus on developing union members, establishing grassroots unions and participating in building a clean and strong Party.
