Spreading propaganda from the grassroots level
Worker Thach So My, Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (Tra Cu commune, Vinh Long province), said that this is the second time she has been propagated about elections at the enterprise, the content is increasingly specific and easy to understand.
According to Ms. My, before working at another company, she was also disseminated regulations related to delegate standards, election principles, rights and obligations of voters, voting time and location.
Thanks to being propagated many times, I understand more clearly my rights and obligations. When going to vote, I feel confident, proactively learn about candidates' information and comply with regulations," Ms. My shared.

Mr. Cao Huu Trong Bac - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company - said that the unit identifies election propaganda as an important political task, which needs to be implemented seriously and synchronously.
According to Mr. Bac, the Trade Union coordinates with the board of directors to deploy propaganda through flag salutes at the beginning of the week, information on internal loudspeakers, integrated into group meetings, trade union group meetings and thematic activities.
The content focuses on the significance of the 16th National Assembly election, People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, election principles and the responsibility of voters," Mr. Bac added.
He emphasized that propaganda is carried out in accordance with each working shift, ensuring that 100% of union members and workers have access to complete, accurate, and timely information according to regulations.
Ensuring 100% of employees hold power and duties
At Mega Surplus Vietnam Garment Co., Ltd. (Tan Ngai ward), Mr. Truong Hoang Huynh - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union said that propaganda work is being implemented synchronously and in diverse forms to suit the characteristics of a large-labor enterprise.
According to Mr. Huynh, in addition to collective propaganda sessions, trade union officials also directly answer questions from union members and workers who do not clearly understand the process and methods of participating in elections.
We focus on specifically explaining the legitimate rights and interests of voters, equality, direct voting and the responsibilities of each person on election day," Mr. Huynh said.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation - said that propaganda work has been deployed synchronously to 100% of grassroots trade unions.
According to Mr. Linh, the content of propaganda closely follows the direction of the Central Government and the province, focusing on clarifying the meaning and importance of the 16th National Assembly Election and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
100% of grassroots trade unions organize propaganda on contents related to elections, ensuring 100% of union members and workers know clearly their rights and obligations when participating in elections," Mr. Linh added.
He said that the Trade Union also promotes the application of digital technology in propaganda through the electronic information page of the Provincial Labor Federation, Facebook Fanpage and Zalo groups, helping information spread quickly and promptly.
He affirmed that widespread propaganda among workers and laborers contributes to raising political awareness, consolidating the trust of union members in the Party and State, creating a spirit of emulation towards the great festival of the whole people.
