According to the plan of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation, from March 10 to April 10, trade union levels in the province will implement many key activities to improve the effectiveness of caring for, representing and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
An important content is to organize social criticism of the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on policies to support independent preschool education institutions, children and private preschool teachers in industrial park areas.
This policy is built on the basis of Decree No. 105/2020/ND-CP of the Government on developing preschool education. Criticism aims to contribute to perfecting policies, ensuring practical suitability and better support for workers.
At the same time, the Provincial Labor Federation directed grassroots trade unions to respond to the online contest to learn about the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Trade union levels also conduct inspections and supervisions of the compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the management and use of trade union finances in 2026 according to the plan, in order to ensure compliance with regulations and improve operational efficiency.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation coordinates with the Provincial Women's Union to implement the emulation movement "Doing good office work - Sharing housework" among male union members and workers, contributing to building an equal and progressive family environment.
Along with that, the Trade Union organization continues to carry out the submission of dossiers and documents to the Party's historical archives according to Decision No. 461-QD/TU dated January 26, 2026 of the Provincial Party Committee on the list of agencies belonging to the source of documents submitted.
Communication activities on the Provincial Trade Union website are also maintained regularly, in many forms such as infographics, propaganda videos, contributing to spreading information about trade union activities to union members and workers.
During this time, trade union levels promote propaganda on the results of the 14th Party Congress and the election results of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term, and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
It is expected that the Provincial Labor Federation will organize a conference to summarize the Trade Union activities in the first quarter of 2026, and at the same time summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 6a and Resolution No. 7c of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
