On January 30, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Ty Bach Co., Ltd., on the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
The activity shows the practical concern and care of the trade union organization for union members and workers, promptly encouraging workers' spirits before the New Year, contributing to helping workers feel secure at work and welcome a warm Tet.
At the working session, Mr. Nguyen Cong Tri - Deputy General Director of Ty Bach Co., Ltd. provided an overview of the production and business situation and the work of taking care of workers' lives in 2025.
According to Mr. Tri, in 2025, the company has a total of 9,986 employees, of which direct production workers are 7,826 people, accounting for a large proportion, playing a core role in completing production and business targets.
Implementing the production target for 2025, the company produced 8,389,378 pairs of shoes, reaching 153% of the plan, an increase of 33.7% compared to 2024; exported 8,950,493 pairs of shoes, reaching 164% of the plan, with a turnover of nearly 170 million USD.
Along with production efficiency, the average income of workers reached about 7,841,975 VND/person/month, basically ensuring life, helping workers feel secure in long-term commitment and accompanying businesses to develop stably.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation said that trade unions at all levels always care about Tet for union members.
On the occasion of Binh Ngo Tet 2026, from the support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Vinh Long Trade Union, the whole province has presented 553 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, with a total value of 297 million VND. At today's program, the trade union presented 20 gifts to workers of Ty Bach Co., Ltd.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh emphasized that in the coming time, Vinh Long Trade Union will continue to accompany Ty Bach Co., Ltd. in caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate rights of workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
