According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), on August 1, 2026, the General Director of the Group and the Standing Committee of the VNPT Trade Union issued a joint directive on launching the emulation movement "MyTV subscriber development campaign in the last months of 2026". This is an activity to mobilize the strength of the entire system, promote the spirit of proactiveness, creativity and responsibility of officials and employees in accompanying business activities.
Showing the role of accompanying professionals, on August 18, VNPT Trade Union issued a document guiding grassroots trade unions to deploy the movement and reward individuals with outstanding achievements in the campaign.
Accordingly, the grassroots trade union will coordinate with professional departments at the same level to actively disseminate the contents of the joint directive to all officials and employees; mobilize 100% of employees to grasp the program content, actively participate and register to use services.
Not only stopping at propaganda, VNPT Trade Union also builds a reward mechanism to recognize individuals who directly create results in the movement.
Every month, the VNPT Trade Union will reward individuals with outstanding achievements, with a reward level of 500,000 VND/person, implemented in 5 months (from August 1st to December 31st, 2026). The number of individuals rewarded monthly is allocated according to the scale of union members and employees of each unit, with norms from 6-20 individuals/unit.
VNPT Trade Union said that the noteworthy point of this movement is the close coordination between professional and trade union. The joint directive to create orientation and launch a campaign throughout the group, the Trade Union's reward mechanism is one of the specific solutions to add motivation for employees in the implementation process.
At the end of the emulation period, the VNPT Trade Union will coordinate with the group to organize the honoring and commendation of collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements at the group level, thereby continuing to spread good practices, typical individuals and emulation spirit throughout the system.
