
Practical care Taking workers as the center
During the 2023-2025 term, VNPT Trade Union will implement many practical care activities to protect the rights and improve the lives of workers. The collective labor agreement of the parent company - Group has 15 provisions that are more beneficial than the law, demonstrating concern for income, welfare and working conditions. The union visited more than 12,000 union members with a total budget of more than 28 billion VND; supported the construction and repair of 18 "VNPT Shelters"; presented 3,000 gifts to people in difficulty and more than 2.5 billion VND to reward students with high achievements. 100% of employees enjoy preferential programs from Vietjet Air, Vinpearl and many partners. When the Group deploys a new organizational model, the Trade Union closely accompanies and supports employees in changing positions, contributing to stabilizing personnel and creating consensus throughout the system.
Emulation movement - Encourage creativity of VNPT people
VNPT Trade Union considers emulation as a driving force to promote innovation and improve work efficiency. During the term, the Trade Union invested more than 15 billion VND in movements such as "VNPT Smile", emulation in service development, 2G'4G/5G network conversion, and technical innovation initiative movements. The whole Group recorded more than 10,000 grassroots initiatives and more than 1,000 Group-level initiatives, bringing benefits of hundreds of billions of VND. 46 union members were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate of the General Confederation; VNPT iKnow products are in the Top 15 outstanding creative products nationwide. This result shows the creativity, determination and strong spirit of innovation of VNPT people.

Spreading the culture of "Connecting VNPT people"
The trade union focuses on building a VNPT culture to create a foundation of solidarity and a positive working environment. The online contest "VNPT 80 years - Steadfast pioneering steps" attracted more than 37,000 union members to participate, contributing to spreading the tradition and pride of VNPT people. The Trade Union news site posts more than 900 articles/year, with nearly 4 million visits, reflecting the great interest of union members. Sports - cultural activities such as sports festivals, races, and performances are maintained regularly, creating a vibrant atmosphere, helping to connect the team and spread cultural values throughout the system.

Digital transformation - Imprints in trade union activities
Digital transformation is a highlight of the term. According to the 2023-2025 Project, VNPT Trade Union has digitized the entire reporting, evaluation, emulation - reward and many other professions on the Trade Union digital ecosystem and the "VNPT Trade Union" application. Digitizing 100% of processes helps improve transparency, shorten processing time, reduce paperwork and create conditions for union members to access information quickly and accurately. This model contributes to building a modern trade union organization, accompanying the digital transformation strategy of the entire Group.
Spreading social responsibility Maintaining the true love of VNPT people
VNPT Trade Union maintains many social activities such as visiting people with meritorious services, caring for cemeteries of martyrs of the Post Office, supporting people in disaster areas and participating in charity programs. In the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union and workers have contributed more than 70 billion VND to social security work, supporting storm and flood prevention and ensuring communication in emergency situations. These activities demonstrate the tradition of "loving VNPT people" and responsibility to the community.

Workers' happiness - mission from the heart
In 2024, the Trade Union coordinated with the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences to survey happiness with nearly 20,000 participants. VNPT's employee happiness index reached 7.38/10, higher than the national average, reflecting a stable working environment, good income and high solidarity. This is an important foundation to help VNPT retain high-quality human resources and promote creativity. Although 5/25 targets have not been completed, VNPT Trade Union is still recognized with many awards such as the Emulation Flag of the General Confederation and the Certificate of Merit of the Prime Minister.
2025-2030 term orientation: Strong innovation - Improving the VNPT Workers' Happiness Index
Entering the new term, VNPT Trade Union aims to build a strong and comprehensive organization, taking workers as the center, promoting VNPT culture and promoting innovation. The Trade Union deploys 5 key tasks, 6 action programs and 1 consistent project, in line with the new organizational model of the Group. The 3rd VNPT Trade Union Congress elected 24 comrades to the Executive Committee; comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan was elected as Chairman, along with Vice Chairman San Thi Binh and Le Hai Ly. The Executive Committee of the Third tenure is committed to implementing the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", continuing to accompany employees and contribute to the sustainable development of the Group.
