Identifying the development of union members and the establishment of grassroots trade unions as a key task to protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, in the past time, Luc Yen Commune Trade Union has proactively implemented many solutions suitable to the actual conditions of each enterprise in the area.
Instead of waiting for businesses to register, trade union officials proactively go to production and business establishments to grasp the labor situation, employment, and thoughts of workers and issues arising in labor relations. From there, develop appropriate and effective mobilization plans.

Thanks to working closely to grassroots levels, in the first 6 months of 2026, Luc Yen Commune Trade Union has newly established 4 grassroots trade unions, exceeding 200% of the assigned target; admitted 130 new union members, reaching 65% of the annual plan.
Not only focusing on developing the organization, the Commune Trade Union also focuses on improving the quality of activities, taking the effectiveness of caring for and protecting union members' rights as a measure.
Programs such as Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health, Tet Reunion and many cultural and sports activities have been implemented regularly, creating a connection between the Trade Union organization and workers.

In addition, the Commune Trade Union actively participates in dialogues and coordinates to solve issues related to salaries, employment, working conditions and policies for workers.
Thereby, step by step affirming its role as a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
