News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on August 22 said: Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union is working with Trong Phuc General Clinic Joint Stock Company on the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions and coordinating to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
At the working session, Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union exchanged with Mr. Tran Ngoc Anh - representative of the clinic about the policy of developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; the position and role of the Trade Union organization; the rights and interests of workers when joining the Trade Union and the coordination of care for workers at the unit.
Representatives of the clinic agreed on the policy of establishing a grassroots Trade Union, coordinating propaganda and mobilizing workers to voluntarily join the Vietnam Trade Union.
Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union directly guides the clinic on dossiers and procedures for developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions; and at the same time exchanges views on the selection and introduction of personnel to participate in the Executive Committee and necessary contents for implementation according to regulations.
After the working session, the Company continued to implement the contents and dossiers that have been guided; Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union continued to coordinate and support the implementation of steps to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions according to regulations.
Proactively approaching units right from the early stages of operation, propagating to employers and employees to understand the position and role of the Trade Union organization is one of the solutions that Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union is focusing on implementing to develop union members, establish grassroots Trade Unions associated with caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Trong Phuc General Clinic is located at No. 441 Hung Vuong, Nam Phuoc commune, Da Nang city, currently has nearly 30 employees. Notably, right in the early stages of operation, the Company has proactively implemented trade union fund contributions from July 2026.
