News from the Hoi An Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on August 20th said: performing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers, the Hoi An Ward Trade Union organized guidance for the grassroots Trade Union of Gami Hoi An Joint Stock Company on the process of negotiating and signing collective labor agreements (TƯLĐTT).
At the working session, the Ward Trade Union exchanged and guided the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union on key contents in the collective bargaining process; and at the same time reviewed issues directly related to the rights and interests of workers to include in the draft collective labor agreement.
The content focuses on salaries, working hours, rest hours, working conditions, safety, occupational hygiene, welfare, rewards and other care policies for union members and workers.
Hoi An Ward Trade Union requests grassroots trade unions to proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; organize widespread consultations, ensuring that the negotiation contents are appropriate to the actual situation of the enterprise, harmonizing the interests between workers and employers. The negotiation process needs to promote the spirit of democracy, goodwill, cooperation and compliance with legal regulations.
Through guidance activities, the Hoi An Ward Trade Union supports the grassroots Trade Union of Gami Hoi An Joint Stock Company to improve representative capacity, gradually build and implement quality collective labor agreements, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
