On September 21, the Trade Union of Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang city organized a conference to announce the decision to establish and launch the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Chu Lai Metal Co., Ltd.
The event marks an important step forward in the work of developing union members and building trade union organizations at the grassroots level.
At the conference, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Chu Lai Metal Co., Ltd. and admitted 95 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
This is a practical milestone, opening a new stage in gathering, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees at enterprises.
Speaking to receive the assignment, the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Chu Lai Metal Co., Ltd. committed to striving to perform well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, becoming a bridge between workers and businesses.
On this occasion, the Nui Thanh Commune Trade Union presented 10 gifts to female union members in difficult circumstances at Chu Lai Metal Co., Ltd.
The activity aims to promptly encourage and share with union members and workers, thereby showing the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying and caring for the lives of union members right from the grassroots level.
