According to the Trade Union of Hung Yen University of Technology - HYUTE (under the Vietnam Education Union), in the past time, the HYUTE Trade Union has always identified the work of caring for the material and spiritual life of officials, employees (VCNLĐ) and families as a central task throughout. Activities imbued with the trade union's imprint not only contribute to building a humane and united working environment but also add motivation for officials and lecturers to feel secure in their work and contribute to the development of the school.
Prominent in cultural and spiritual life is the School-level VCNLĐ Singing Festival. The playground has aroused love for the homeland, country, love for the profession and pride in HYUTE school. Towards the 60th anniversary of the school's establishment, the HYUTE Virtual Race 2026 online running and walking race with the theme "Healthy to contribute" attracted 271 athletes to participate, conquering more than 60,243 km with thousands of runs and walks maintained regularly on the system.
HYUTE Trade Union's caring mark is also deeply expressed through the "Trade Union Meal" program. With the motto of focusing on workers, meals are organized in a gathering, warm and affectionate atmosphere. The activity contributes to building a happy and friendly working environment, so that HYUTE truly becomes the second home of each civil servant and worker.
Not only caring for officials and union members, HYUTE Trade Union also pays special attention to the children of VCNLĐ. With the desire to create conditions for children to develop comprehensively in terms of physical, intellectual and skill, many useful summer activities have been organized such as swimming, basketball, pickleball, creative fine arts and life skills. HYUTE Trade Union also organized to honor children of VCNLĐ who achieved high achievements in their studies. In the 2025-2026 school year, HYUTE Trade Union honored 518 typical students.
According to HYUTE Trade Union, towards the 60th anniversary of the school's establishment, the trade union will continue to spread human values, build a happy working environment, so that each official and employee is always proud, attached, dedicates themselves wholeheartedly and joins hands to build a united and developing HYUTE.
