On September 6, the Trade Union of Anh Sang II Garment Enterprise, directly under the Trade Union of Thang An commune, Da Nang city, organized a program to commend and reward 70 students with outstanding achievements in their studies.
At the program, the Enterprise's grassroots Trade Union awarded prizes to recognize and commend the efforts and endeavors of the students in the past school year.
This is an activity maintained annually by the grassroots Trade Union, showing practical concern and care for union members, workers and union member families.
Through activities, the grassroots Trade Union of Anh Sang II Garment Enterprise wishes to add motivation for students to continue striving, training, and achieving higher achievements in study and life; and at the same time spread the spirit of studiousness, encouraging learning, and encouraging talent among union members and workers.
Taking care of and rewarding children of union members and workers with good academic achievements is not only meaningful to encourage them but also contributes to helping union members and workers feel secure in their work, attached to businesses, and actively participate in labor and production emulation.
Thereby, continuing to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers and building happy families of workers, civil servants, and laborers.
These rewards, although not large in material terms, are recognition, spiritual encouragement, contributing to arousing the self-awareness of learning and training, so that children can continue to strive to rise up and become useful citizens for their families and society.
