    The Prime Minister has decided to reappoint Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan to the position of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.

    Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung signed Decision No. 1426/QD-TTg dated July 29, 2026 on reappointing the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.

    Accordingly, the Prime Minister reappointed Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan as Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.

    This decision takes effect from September 10, 2026

    Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan was born on October 12, 1975, hometown: Nghe An. Education level: Master of Commercial Law, Bachelor of International Law; Senior in Political Theory.

    Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan has held many important positions at the Ministry of Industry and Trade such as: Director of the Legal Department; Director of the Competition and Consumer Protection Department; Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade.
