Hanoi Employment Service Center has just organized a thematic job transaction session on information technology, attracting more than 30 businesses and units to participate; over 1,299 recruitment targets.
Regarding qualifications, the demand for recruiting workers with university and college degrees accounts for the highest proportion with 886 targets (54.8% of total demand); the demand for recruiting workers with intermediate level, technical workers with 515 targets (31.9%); the demand for recruiting general labor with 213 targets, accounting for 13.3% of total demand.
Regarding age, there are 673 positions for workers aged 26-35, accounting for 41.6% of total demand.
According to the Hanoi Employment Service Center, in the past 2 years, information technology has always been one of the industries with large recruitment demand, evenly distributed throughout the year. In particular, there are sessions where the separate recruitment demand of this industry accounts for 40% of total demand.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center said that organizing job transaction sessions by topic is an opportunity for groups/employee groups to increase job search opportunities, increase the rate of supply-demand connection of labor in a specialized direction. In particular, information technology thematic transaction sessions will create conditions for workers, especially students and young workers in the information technology industry, to access recruitment information suitable to their capacity and qualifications.
