Forecasting the benchmark scores of the University of Electricity this year, Dr. Trinh Van Toan - Head of Training Management Department, University of Electricity - commented that the benchmark scores are likely to fluctuate slightly compared to last year, depending on the trend of candidates registering for wishes.
According to Mr. Toan, after the school conducted a preliminary survey, many traditional majors still maintained a stable attraction. In particular, majors in the engineering - technology group are continuing to attract a large number of candidates such as Information Technology, Logistics, Control and Automation Engineering Technology...
For hot majors such as engineering and technology majors, Dr. Trinh Van Toan predicts that the possibility of a sharp decrease in the benchmark score will be very low. Depending on the major, it is predicted that the standard score this year may remain stable or slightly decreased.

Hanoi University of Science and Technology has forecasted the benchmark scores for 2025 for all majors, according to the following methods: talent admission (class 1.2 based on international certificates and class 1.3 based on interviewing), thinking assessment test scores and high school graduation exam scores in 2025.
According to the school, the admission score forecast is based on the types of high school scores and enrollment data for previous years. With the high school graduation exam scores, the majors expected to get the highest benchmark scores including Computer Science, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (Advanced program) with over 27.8 points.
The group of majors include Computer Engineering, Global ICT, Digital Space Safety (Advanced Program), Control - Automation Engineering, microelectronics Engineering and nano Technology, Viet Yates Information Technology is expected to take place in about 26.5-28.
For other methods, predict the benchmark score on a scale of 100. Hanoi University of Science and Technology said it will convert the score to a common scale of 30 according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
The forecast of admission scores to 65 training programs in 2025 of Hanoi University of Science and Technology is as follows:

For Hanoi University, Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung - Vice Principal of Hanoi University - informed that the 2025 high school graduation exam score shows that the D01 combination results (Math, Literature, English) - the combination of admission to all regular university training programs of the school is lower than last year.
However, according to statistical results, the number of candidates applying for admission to Hanoi University this year is about 23,700 applications, nearly double compared to 2024 (12,200). The school explained that this increase may be due to the school's training majors meeting the requirements of the labor market. In addition, the quality of training and learning conditions are getting better and the high rate of students having jobs after graduation also has an encouraging effect.
The Vice Principal of Hanoi University said that in addition to the increase in the number of candidates applying for admission, the Ministry of Education and Training's regulation on using a common scale and not dividing the quota ratio between admission methods also contributes to ensuring that the school's benchmark scores in 2025 do not fluctuate much compared to last year.
"The school's training majors have high social needs and have been in the group of majors with high entrance scores for many years, so this year's benchmark scores may only fluctuate between 0.5 - 1.5 points compared to 2024" - Dr. Dung predicted.
Dr. Nguyen Tien Dung said that the majors expected to have high benchmark scores are Korean Language, Chinese Language, English Language, Japanese Language, Information Technology, Marketing... These are the majors in the past 5 years in the group of highest benchmark scores in the school.
