Full Tet thanks to salary and bonuses
Different from the anxious mood of economic fluctuations, the recent 2026 Tet season brought great joy to many workers' families in Can Tho. Thanks to good welfare policies and the recovery of businesses, workers have had a prosperous Tet, creating positive psychological momentum when returning to the factory.

Ms. Pham Thi Nhu Tham - a worker at Indian Ocean One Member Limited Liability Company (Thot Not Industrial Park) - shared that her Tet bonus increased by about 60% compared to last year, along with a full Tet gift bag from the company.
This year my family celebrates Tet bigger than usual. The company gives rice, soft drinks, beer and essential necessities, so just buying a little more meat and fish is enough. For the surplus bonus money, I save it to take care of my child who is entering university. I just hope that every year the company will do well so that workers can be like that," Ms. Tham recounted.
Similarly, Ms. Phan Bich Ngoc - a worker at TKG Taekwang Can Tho Co., Ltd. - also welcomed a warm spring. Not only receiving a high bonus, Ms. Ngoc also received a salary increase right before the New Year. The salary increase has led to the increase of other allowances, helping her monthly income to improve. For female workers, this is not only a Tet "gift" but also a long-term economic guarantee, helping her feel secure in sticking with the factory.
Enthusiastic production
According to the grassroots Trade Union of Indian Ocean One Member Limited Liability Company, as of February 23, the rate of workers returning to work units reached over 70%. With the enthusiastic spirit of workers, the production atmosphere at the workshops takes place smoothly. It is expected that orders in 2026 of the company will continue to increase, creating stable jobs for workers.
Ms. Tham said that the biggest motivation for her to work enthusiastically from the first day of the year is the prospect of orders from the company. If previously the company mainly processed pangasius, since last year, new pangasius orders have started to increase, creating more jobs and income for everyone.
In 2026, I just hope the company has many new orders, regular jobs every day. When the job is stable and the income is good, we will have the conditions to take care of our children in the best way. That is the biggest goal for me to strive for production," Ms. Tham expressed her hope.

At TKG Taekwang Can Tho Co., Ltd., Ms. Bich Ngoc also entered the first working shift of the year with a full of energy mindset. She hopes that this year's production pace will be equal to or higher than last year so that workers' incomes can continue to improve. According to her, abundant orders will help both businesses and workers develop together.
