(An Giang), the Trade Union and Company leaders not only care about stabilizing jobs and income but also promote community activities and Tet care. Thereby aiming for the goal that all union members and workers (NLD) have Tet.
Opening the series of activities is a voluntary blood donation program, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate, contributing to supplementing blood sources for emergency and treatment during the peak period before, during and after the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026. At the same time, spreading the spirit of sharing among the workforce of enterprises with more than 7,000 workers in Thanh Loc Industrial Park.
According to Ms. Ton Nu My Hanh - Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union, the Trade Union has developed a plan to take care of the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year with the theme "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", the motto "All union members and employees have Tet, enjoy Tet". The care work was deployed early, strongly oriented towards the grassroots level, ensuring coverage for all union members and employees working at the company.
According to the plan, the Trade Union coordinates with the Board of Directors to review the lives of union members and workers to organize visits and Tet gifts. The level of Tet gift care for union members and workers is implemented on the basis of resource balance, maximum not exceeding 500,000 VND/person. Employees in particularly difficult circumstances such as dangerous diseases, labor accidents, policy families, single female workers raising young children... are prioritized for higher levels of support within the framework of regulations.

The grassroots trade union also pays special attention to the group of workers who do not have the conditions to return to their hometowns for Tet, each gift maximum not exceeding 500,000 VND/person. At the same time, implementing a program to support workers returning to their hometowns for Tet.
Accordingly, eligible workers (hometowns 800km away from the company) will be supported with travel expenses in the form of sharing. Employees pay 30%, grassroots trade unions support 35% and the company supports 35%, contributing to helping many workers have conditions to reunite with their families.
The Company's grassroots trade union also directly coordinates with the Board of Directors to organize delegations to visit, wish Tet and give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances who do not have the conditions to return to their hometowns for Tet, who are staying in boarding houses in Chau Thanh and Rach Gia areas. This activity clearly shows close attention to reality, aiming at the right workers far from home.
In addition to material care, the spiritual life of employees is focused on through activities to decorate Spring welcoming spaces at workshops, hang banners to celebrate the Party - celebrate Spring, and the "Trade Union Year-end Meal" program will be organized on the eve of Tet. This is an opportunity for employees, trade union organizations, and employers to meet, share, and enhance understanding and cohesion in the business.
The grassroots trade union coordinates to supervise the implementation of regimes and policies for employees during Tet according to the company's announcement on the Lunar New Year holiday schedule, ensuring employees have Tet holidays in accordance with regulations, paying full salaries, bonuses and related welfare benefits. Including the 13th month salary and Tet bonuses according to the enterprise's plan. The trade union also monitors and promptly grasps the payment of regimes to ensure the rights of employees before long holidays.
Notably, in 2026, businesses will adjust salaries for employees according to the new regional minimum wage prescribed by the Government, with an additional increase of 280,000 VND/person/month on January 1, 2026, contributing to improving income, helping employees feel secure at work, stabilize their lives and be attached to the company for a long time.
The full implementation of salary, bonus, and welfare regimes during Tet creates harmonious coordination and linkage between the Trade Union and businesses in caring for workers' lives.
