On April 14, the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of New Apparel Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune, Dong Nai province) said that the company had just organized the "Golden Bell Ringing" contest.
The contest attracted 100 contestants who are workers and laborers working in the company's factory to participate. This contest aims to respond to the Workers' Safety and Health Month and Workers' Month 2026.
The organizing committee designed with 30 multiple-choice questions, combining legal knowledge and practical situations in the garment industry working environment.

The contest took place in a lively and dramatic atmosphere. Participating contestants showed confidence, bravery and ability to handle situations through each question. After challenging rounds, contestant Pham Thi Ngoc Anh (performance calculation staff) excellently became the last person to stay on the arena and officially won the title "Golden Bell Ringing" with a prize worth 5 million VND.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union said that the contest is a knowledge playground, with practical significance in raising workers' awareness of building a safe, respectful and equal working environment.
At the contest, all officials and employees in the company signed commitments to prevent and combat sexual harassment in the workplace, thereby showing a sense of responsibility and consensus in building a healthy corporate culture.

In addition, the company also organized the "Project Initiative on Prevention and Combat of Sexual Harassment" contest with the participation of 18 teams. The teams brought many creative and practical solutions, associated with production practices. The initiatives not only contribute to raising awareness but also aim to build effective prevention mechanisms in businesses.
The total prize value of the two contests is 130 million VND. Through these contests, it shows the concern and strong commitment of the company's Board of Directors in building a safe, equal and sustainable working environment.
