Walking around the campus, we understand why many workers and laborers choose to send their children here to work. Sharing with us, Ms. Do Thi Vui (a worker at the company in Bao Minh Industrial Park) said: "I have been sending my children here since 2023, not only making it more convenient for me to work every day but also giving me peace of mind to work even when the company has overtime. Every time I come home from overtime late, I often call the teacher, asking to give her more time. My daughter is in first grade this year, but this summer vacation so that she can go to work with peace of mind and not have to go to her grandparents' care, I still send her to the kindergarten in the industrial park to study."
Also having a young child sent to a kindergarten in Bao Minh Industrial Park, Ms. Cao Thi Thu (a worker in this industrial park) said that sending her child right in the industrial park to live in the social housing area where her family lives greatly facilitates her and her husband's work.
"In the morning, before going to work, I don't need to wake up as early as before when I sent my child to a kindergarten outside the industrial park. Since I let my child study in the place where I lived, I have had an extra break and prepare things, then take my child to class, which only takes about 5 minutes to walk. For us workers, when working away from home, having such a convenient place to take care of my children is the thing I am most assured of," said Ms. Thu.
It is known that the entire kindergarten area in Bao Minh Industrial Park has an area of 1,000m2, including an inside and outside classroom campus, with 8 spacious and airy classrooms with a capacity of up to 200 students.
In particular, the school's child care hours are also suitable for the working hours of workers, the school will accept children from 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with supervision support when workers work overtime).
