According to sources of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, recently, Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd., headquarters address: Lot M1, Lot F and Lot T1, Quang Chau Industrial Park, Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh Province.
The legal representative is Mr. CHUANG, TZU-YI, Chinese nationality, title: General Director.
Administrative violation: Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. has mobilized employees to work overtime exceeding the hours prescribed in the year specified in Clause 3, Article 107 of the Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14 dated November 20, 2019 on overtime work.
In 2025, the Company mobilized 15,642 workers to work over 300 hours/year.
The decision clearly states: The act of mobilizing 301 or more workers to work overtime exceeding the prescribed hours violates the provisions of point d, clause 4, Article 18 of Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP dated January 17, 2022 of the Government stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the fields of labor, social insurance, and Vietnamese workers going to work abroad under contracts.
For the above violation, Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. was fined 135 million VND.
Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. must strictly comply with this penalty decision. If Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. does not voluntarily comply after the deadline, it will be subject to enforcement according to the provisions of law, and for every day of late payment of the fine, Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. must pay an additional 0.05% calculated on the total amount of unpaid fine," the decision stated clearly.
It is known that Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is a member unit of Hong Hai Science and Technology Group (Foxconn) Vietnam.
