Linking social responsibility with caring for workers
In recent years, Thanh An 96 Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company has become a bright spot of the 11th Corps in community activities. Hundreds of billions of VND were spent by businesses to build houses of gratitude, comrade houses, give gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and support people in flood-affected areas. In the first 6 months of 2025, the company has donated nearly 1 billion VND, of which 2 gratitude houses were built in Quang Ninh, giving Tet gifts to union members and policy families.
Established in 1991, the company currently has more than 1,000 employees, constructing many civil, industrial, transportation, irrigation, hydropower projects... With the motto "Workers are the most valuable assets", 100% of employees are signed long-term contracts, participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in full, without unpaid wages or disputes.
According to Colonel Phan Xuan Bang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, the average income of employees is currently 18 million VND/person/month. In addition to salary, employees also receive 13th month allowances and bonuses, Tet bonuses; organize vacations, regular health check-ups, birthday wishes; receive support when facing difficulties, serious illnesses or natural disasters.
The company pays special attention to a safe and scientific working environment. All construction sites have a department in charge of occupational safety and hygiene, fully equipped with protection, periodic training and inspection. The dining and accommodation is arranged reasonably and cleanly, ensuring health so that workers can work with peace of mind.
Training and skills improvement activities are carried out regularly. Workers participate in job promotion classes, professional training, and updating new technologies such as BIM software. The movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Shock youth" have become a driving force for each individual to promote initiatives, improve techniques, and improve productivity.

Stabilizing gold on projects at the forefront of the storm
Not only present in urban areas, the company also makes its mark in civil and defense projects in remote, isolated, border and island areas.
On Ly Son Island (Quang Ngai), officers, engineers, and workers of Enterprise 54, under Thanh An 96 Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company, Army Corps 11 are used to storms, sunburns, and now the water is rising and falling. They work all night, taking advantage of favorable weather to build pillars in the middle of the sea, install concrete spraying pipes, and reinforce solid concrete blocks.
Construction conditions are harsh, but the material and spiritual life of workers is still guaranteed. Party activities and emulation movements are maintained right at the project. When the storm subsided and the waves were silent, they worked with the government and people to overcome the consequences, give gifts to policy families, and support fishermen in difficulty.
From the port, the coastal route to Thoi Loi freshwater lake, the mark of Thanh An 96 is present as a "fortress" for people, contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands and promoting local socio-economic development.
In the 2019-2024 period, the company has associated the determined emulation movement with the task of production, business and national defense, completing many important projects in harsh areas. Revenue increased from VND 1,300 billion to VND 3,460 billion; average income from VND 13.5 million to VND 18.4 million/person/month.
