On March 7, Furukawa Automotive Systems Vinh Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. (FAVV) coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union to organize many activities to care for workers and union members on International Women's Day March 8, creating a joyful atmosphere in the business.
The highlight of the program is the "FAVV Workers' Singing Contest" attracting 56 contestants who are workers and union members from many departments in the company to participate with special singing performances.
Contestants brought many songs praising their homeland, country, workers and love for work. Many performances were invested in costumes and lively performance styles, creating a lively atmosphere for the contest.
In addition, the "FAVV Worker Charm" contest attracted 24 contestants to participate, showing the confident and dynamic beauty of female workers through costume performances and exchanges with the judges.
Through the competitions, many contestants showed the gracefulness, dexterity and bravery of female workers in the industrial working environment, contributing to creating a playground for exchange and connection in the working collective.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the excellent performances at the "FAVV Workers' Singing Contest", and the contestants showed confidence, grace, and were cheered and loved by a large number of workers, achieving high rankings.
On this occasion, the company also organized a meeting with workers and union members and a lucky draw program with many gifts for workers participating in the program.
