On December 29, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Phu Cuong Industrial Park, Phu Cuong Commune, Dinh Quan District) said that in order to encourage employees to actively participate in work and be present on time on the first day of the new year 2025 (February 5, 2025), the company increased the bonus from VND 300,000/person to VND 500,000/person.
Previously, on November 14, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company announced the Lunar New Year bonus for 2025 for employees.
According to the company representative, the average Lunar New Year bonus in 2025 is more than 12 million VND/person, 4 million VND higher than last year.
On the opening day of February 5, 2025, employees who show up on time for work will be paid 300,000 VND/person.
The company also pays for New Year's Eve 2025 at the rate of VND 200,000/person.
