Accordingly, the Tet bonus level is calculated based on seniority. People who work for 1 year or more but have not worked for 2 years are rewarded 1 month's salary.
People who have worked for 2 years or more but have not worked for 3 years are rewarded 1.2 months' salary.
People who have worked for 3 years or more but have not worked for 5 years are rewarded 1.4 months' salary.
People who have worked for 5 years or more but have not worked for 7 years are rewarded 1.6 months' salary.
People who have worked for 7 years or more but have not worked for 10 years are rewarded 1.9 months' salary.
People who have worked for 10 years or more but have not worked for 12 years are rewarded 2.1 months' salary.
And people who have worked for 12 years or more are rewarded 2.2 months' salary.
For people who have worked for less than 1 year, the bonus is calculated according to the percentage of actual working months.
The salary for calculating bonuses is the December 2025 labor contract salary including basic salary plus heavy and hazardous work salary, work allowance, professional allowance, special allowance (if any).
Also according to this notice, employees will be rewarded if they have signed labor contracts and still work at the company until December 31, 2025.
In case the employee has a labor contract until the end of December 31, 2025, but takes an unlicensed leave on this last working day, they will not be rewarded.
Currently, PouYuen Vietnam Company has about 40,800 employees.
During the Lunar New Year At Ty 2025, PouYuen Vietnam Company spent about 750 billion VND to give Tet bonuses to about 39,500 employees of the company.
