Many large enterprises in Tay Ninh have announced the 2026 Binh Ngo Tet bonus plan with many items. Accordingly, Tran Hiep Thanh Textile Joint Stock Company plans to reward KPI (January) from 1 to 1.6 months' salary, honor seniority from 3-7 million VND, and at the same time allocate about 200 million VND for initiative and innovation bonuses.
Meanwhile, Ching Luh Footwear Co., Ltd. maintains a 1-month salary bonus like every year, with new workers receiving about 5 million VND, long-term workers more than 10 million VND, thanks to the basic salary increase of 5% according to seniority.
According to a report from the Department of Home Affairs of Tay Ninh province, during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, 429 businesses are expected to give Tet bonuses to nearly 197,000 workers, with an average bonus of 7.53 million VND/person. The highest bonus recorded is up to 600 million VND/person, while the lowest is 0.1 million VND, showing the diversity in the financial situation and policies of each business. The 2026 New Year bonus is also expected at 176 businesses, for 40,266 workers, with an average of 2.26 million VND/person, the highest is 80 million VND and the lowest is 0.1 million VND.
The average income picture in 2025 also reflects the difference between types of enterprises. The average income of workers reached 11.05 million VND/person/month. In which, state-owned enterprises reached the highest level of 15.75 million VND/person/month; enterprises with shares and controlling capital contributions of the State 9.67 million VND/person/month; private enterprises 9.53 million VND/person/month; FDI enterprises 9.25 million VND/person/month. Notably, the highest salary in the year was recorded in FDI enterprises, reaching 431.76 million VND/person/month.
According to the Tay Ninh Department of Home Affairs, businesses all pay salaries equal to or higher than the regional minimum wage, contributing to ensuring the lives of workers and creating positive motivation during Tet.
