A source from Lao Dong Newspaper on the afternoon of December 21 said that in order to recognize the contributions and continuous efforts of employees throughout a year of work, after agreeing with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, the Board of Directors of PouYuen Vietnam Company decided to give year-end bonuses to all employees working at the company.
The highest bonus is about 78 million VND/person, and the average is nearly 19 million VND/person. The total bonus for the Lunar New Year 2025 of PouYuen Vietnam Company is about 750 billion VND.
The basis for calculating the bonus is the December labor contract salary, including the basic salary plus the salary for heavy and hazardous work, plus work allowance, plus professional allowance, plus special allowance (if any).
Currently, the total number of employees of PouYuen Vietnam Company is more than 39,500 people.
