Over the past time, the Trade Union has focused on performing the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; coordinating with unit leaders and employers to organize activities to improve material, spiritual, level, and skill life; launching emulation movements and building a strong Trade Union organization. The company's collective labor agreement is currently ranked A with contents that are more beneficial to workers, focusing on working hours, KPI bonuses, team leader training bonuses and increasing the level of meal support.
The Trade Union has coordinated with the company to maintain the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, organized 6 dialogues in the first 6 months of 2026 and 1 employee conference. Through dialogues, employee conferences and channels to receive opinions, the Trade Union has summarized 215 opinions, recommendations, and proposals from union members and employees; of which 100% of opinions and recommendations have been received, answered and answered promptly by the Company's Board of Directors.
Through review according to 4 groups of standards and 8 criteria of the socialist grassroots trade union model issued by the City Labor Federation, the Trade Union of LITEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. achieved 90/100 points, ensuring sufficient conditions for pilot implementation.

Therefore, the company is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for the Trade Union organization to operate effectively.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of the City Labor Federation - praised the outstanding results in Trade Union activities and production and business of LITEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. Chairman of the City Labor Federation proposed that the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union in the coming time proactively digitize union member management, survey needs to promptly care for union members. The Trade Union closely coordinates with businesses to train and improve vocational skills and digital skills so that employees can adapt to digital transformation, automation and sustainable development.
At the conference, the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union signed a commitment to implement the model and perform the launching ceremony of the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model for the period 2026 - 2030. On this occasion, the City Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.
