This is one of the typical models of promoting collective strength to implement practical patriotic emulation movements, associated with the task of production - business and caring for workers' lives. This is clearly demonstrated in the past years. The Vietnam Electricity Trade Union has coordinated with the professional sector to issue joint directives to launch emulation every year, clearly identifying the focus and key points in each stage; proactively launching emulation for each specific project and project; promptly organizing activities to care for the lives, working conditions and spirit of workers.
A typical example is the "Union Meal" program launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, which has been effectively organized by the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union at key construction sites. Including the 500kV line 3 project - a project that has become a symbol of solidarity, sharing, and the warmth of colleagues in harsh working conditions. In addition, special financial and material support packages and spiritual encouragement packages for seconded workers, increased construction at projects such as 500kV Circuits 3 and 7 key projects... have shown the active and responsible role of the Trade Union organization in adding motivation and creating a spiritual support for workers to complete their tasks.
Trade unions at all levels in Vietnam Electricity Group also clearly demonstrated their core role in discovering, nurturing, honoring and spreading advanced models. Thereby creating a movement of "good people - good deeds", promoting the spirit of "good workers - creative workers" spreading throughout the fields, factories, works and units.
The harmonious coordination between expertise and trade union organization, with the motto "Accompanying, acting, taking care of", will continue to be a solid foundation for the emulation movements of Vietnam Electricity Group to go into depth, essentially and bring sustainable value, contributing to building a team of workers and employees of Vietnam Electricity Group with a "patriotic spirit - a highly skilled manner".
This model is an important factor for the emulation movements launched by Vietnam Electricity Group to not only spread strongly throughout the Group but also contribute significantly to promoting the common movements of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
