In parallel with the work of developing union members, trade union levels also focus on improving legal understanding for workers. At the program, workers were disseminated the basic contents of the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health, and many regulations related to the rights of workers.

Trade union officials also directly answer questions about labor contracts, wages, working hours, social insurance regimes, unemployment insurance and the rights and obligations of union members. Not only caring about workers, trade union levels also pay attention to taking care of the spiritual life of union members' families. On the occasion of International Children's Day June 1st, Pleiku Ward Trade Union presented 287 gifts to children in the area and donated 600 notebooks to 140 students who achieved excellent results in the 2025-2026 school year.
