From August 15 to August 22, Nghi Son Trade Union directed the Trade Union of Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. to coordinate with businesses to organize centralized propaganda for more than 7,200 workers at the factory. The duration of propaganda sessions is about 1.5 hours (from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. every day). All time the employee participates in the propaganda session is still counted as normal working time.
Chairman of Nghi Son Trade Union added that propaganda sessions to workers mainly focus on disseminating new regimes and policies directly related to workers such as: Decree 74/2024/ND -CP, dated June 30, 2024 of the Government, on minimum wage regulations for employees working under labor contracts; Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, dated June 30, 2024 of the Government, regulating base salaries and bonus regimes for officials, civil servants, public employees and the armed forces. Along with that, disseminating new points of the revised Social Insurance law; labor regulations and some policies at the enterprise.
