News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on September 17th said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation organized a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Shin Chang Vina Co., Ltd.
At the conference, the City Labor Federation announced the decision to admit 206 workers to the Trade Union organization; the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Shin Chang Vina Co., Ltd. and appointed the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.
Also at the conference, workers were propagated and disseminated about the position, role, functions, and tasks of the Trade Union organization; the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers when participating in the Trade Union organization.
Speaking to direct the conference, Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong - Vice President of the City Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union Committee of Industrial Parks congratulated the grassroots trade union of Shin Chang Vina Co., Ltd. and 206 new union members.
Ms. Huong requested the grassroots trade union executive committee to quickly stabilize the organization, develop appropriate operating programs; proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; coordinate with businesses to effectively implement the work of caring for, representing, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The establishment of the Grassroots Trade Union of Shin Chang Vina Co., Ltd. contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization in the enterprise, creating conditions for employees to participate in representative organizations, to be cared for, supported and protected their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
