On the afternoon of May 19th, the Da Nang City Labor Federation organized the Trade Union Member Development Day at Quoc Quang Music Co., Ltd. within the framework of the 2026 Workers' Month series of activities. The event took place at the Dien Ban Dong Ward Party Committee Hall, attracting nearly 200 union members and workers to attend.
The festival aims to care for the material and spiritual needs of workers, promote productivity and product quality at the unit. The activity contributes to consolidating trust and connection between workers and the Trade Union organization, thereby attracting more workers to join the Vietnam Trade Union. At the same time, the Festival is an opportunity to raise awareness for union members about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, honoring his contributions to the workers' movement.
At the program, the grassroots Trade Union of Quoc Quang Music Co., Ltd. announced and awarded decisions to admit new union members. This is an activity to promote organizational development, increase the number and quality of union members at the grassroots level.
On this occasion, the Da Nang City Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances. Ms. Ho Thi Lan Huong, Vice President of the City Labor Federation, directly presented gifts to workers at the event.
In addition, Dr. Pham Van Ho, Head of the Faculty of Party History, Region III Political Academy, had a thematic activity on Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the emulation movement of workers. This content helps union members better understand the role of the working class in the cause of building and protecting the country.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai, Deputy Director of Dien Ban Grassroots Social Insurance, directly answered workers' questions related to social security policies, and propagated the Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance at the festival. From there, helping workers understand their rights and obligations in the working process.
