According to Mr. Nguyen Ha Xuyen - Party Cell Secretary of the Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Trade Union Agency, Chairman of the Vietnam Agricultural and Environment Trade Union, term 20202025, the Party Cell of the Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Trade Union Agency has affirmed its role as the political core, leading cadres and party members to perform well their political tasks, building a strong Trade Union organization.
Notably, in the work of Party building, the Party Cell has promoted its comprehensive leadership role through 4 Party groups, directing cadres and Party members to advise on organizing patriotic emulation movements, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; coordinating to care for and support union members and workers to overcome difficulties, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Inspection and supervision work within the Party is focused on, ensuring democracy, discipline and order. The entire Party cell has 21 Party members who have completed their tasks well, without signs of political degradation, ethics, lifestyle, no complaints, or denunciations.
The Party cell also maintains the principle of democratic centralism, improving the quality of Party cell activities and thematic activities. Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been seriously implemented, associated with building public ethics and office culture. The Party Cell has proactively trained and fostered political and professional skills for cadres and Party members, ensuring standards and task requirements.
For the 2025-2030 term, the Party Cell of the Agricultural and Rural Development Trade Union Agency determined to promote the core role of leadership, building a clean and strong Party cell; continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, building a streamlined, effective and efficient Trade Union organization.
The Party Cell aims for 100% of Party members to study and fully grasp the Party's directives and resolutions; 100% of Party members to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Each Party member upholds the pioneering and exemplary spirit, strives to excellently complete tasks, build a strong united organization, focus on the grassroots, care for the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
The Congress elected a new Party cell consisting of 3 people. Mr. Nguyen Ha Xuyen continues to be trusted to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary of the Vietnam Agricultural and Rural Development Trade Union Agency, term 2025-2030.
