Currently, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Party Cell has 29 official Party members working in 4 Party groups.
Since the beginning of the term, the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Party Cell has led and directed the excellent implementation of the Resolution of the 9th Provincial Federation of Labor Party Cell Congress, term 2020 - 2025, with the result that 5/5 of the set targets have met and exceeded the plan.
In particular, the Party Cell has directed trade unions at all levels in the province to closely monitor the situation of enterprises, life, employment and the implementation of policies and regimes for workers and civil servants.
The work of visiting and supporting union members and workers in difficult circumstances, who have lost their jobs, and whose working hours have been reduced has been implemented promptly. Solutions to mobilize resources to effectively implement the activities of "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", the "Union Member Welfare" program are also promoted.
At the same time, actively participate in developing legal policies related to employees and trade unions. The coordination of the implementation of democratic regulations in agencies, units and enterprises has been of interest, promoting collective intelligence and the mastery of employees, ensuring publicity, transparency and equality in activities.
The Party Cell Party Cell also directed the launching and organizing of emulation movements, campaigns to improve labor productivity and work efficiency, attracting a large number of union members and employees to participate.
The work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions has been closely directed. In the past 5 years, the whole province has established 114 new grassroots unions and admitted 46,356 new union members. Policies and regimes for full-time trade union officials are implemented promptly and in accordance with regulations.
At the Congress, delegates discussed and proposed directions, goals, tasks and key solutions to implement in the 2025 - 2030 term. In particular, it is determined that after the merger of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor Party Cell, together with the Party Committees of the Labor Federations of Ha Nam and Nam Dinh provinces, they will continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization.
Focus on leading and directing to promote the pioneering, exemplary, and responsible spirit of cadres and party members. At the same time, implement the arrangement and organization of a streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient apparatus associated with building a team of cadres and party members with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, performing well the political tasks, building a strong trade union organization, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
At the Congress, delegates listened to the Report synthesizing the opinions of the Party groups on the draft Political Reports of the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Agencies and the documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
The Congress also announced the Decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor, term 2025 - 2030 and appointed the Delegation to attend the Party Congress of the Provincial Party Agencies, term 2025 - 2030.
Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Manh Hung - Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Cell of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025 - 2030 term.
