Attending and directing the congress were Colonel Bui Cong Tu - Deputy Secretary, Deputy Head of the PX03 Department; Major Nguyen Khac Diep - Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Union and 55 union members in the entire unit.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the PX03 Department's Trade Union has promoted its role as an organization representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, proactively coordinating with the government to effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations, caring for the lives, income, and welfare of workers, civil servants, and laborers.
Emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" have been widely implemented, achieving practical results. Effectively implement the programs: "Tet Sum Vay", "Union Meal", "Union adoption", award Nguyen Duc Canh scholarship to children of union members who are good at studying and being good at studying... Thereby, grassroots unions always achieve the title of "Excellent grassroots union" of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Union and are rewarded at all levels.
The Congress seriously evaluated the results of the implementation of the Resolution in the past period, frankly pointing out limitations, setting out directions, goals, tasks, and key solutions for the 2025-2030 term with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
With a high sense of democracy and responsibility, the congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the PX03 Department for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 3 outstanding comrades in quality, capacity, and prestige, representing the will and aspirations of union members and workers.
The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 8th Ho Chi Minh City Police Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, including 11 comrades.
Comrade Hoang Manh Minh was elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term; Comrade Dang Quoc Cuong was elected Vice Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the congress, Colonel Bui Cong Tu praised the results achieved by the PX03 Department's Trade Union in the past time, and hoped that the new Executive Committee would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and better care for the lives of union members. Strengthen the work of caring for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers, contributing to the excellent completion of the unit's political tasks.
