Mr. Dao Vuong Phu Binh (born in 1987, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union, Director of the Cement Factory, An Giang Construction and Installation Joint Stock Company (An Giang Provincial Labor Federation) is a typical advanced individual who attended the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
Graduating in 2009, since then, he has been attached to the business for 16 years. He shared that the place where he works is a business that pays great attention to the lives of employees. Mr. Chu Anh Tu (born in 1985, Head of Cleaning and Vacuuming Department, Toyota Boshoku Co., Ltd., Hai Phong City Labor Federation) is also a worker who has been attached to the business for a long time. Anh Tu shared the honor of participating in the National Patriotic Emulation Congress for the first time.
Mr. Tu recounted that he was recruited by the company right at the school when he just graduated from a vocational school. Entering the company with the initial position of a technical worker, after a process of tireless striving, he was recognized by the company and promoted to a higher management position.
Since Mr. Tu started working at the company, it has been 20 years. The reason for being attached to the company for many years, Mr. Tu said that the issue of salary and bonuses is one reason he is attached to the company. Another reason is that in the process of working at the company, he learned many things about working spirit and working attitude. Mr. Tu shared that he is working for a Japanese company. "Japanese companies always uphold the spirit of Kaizen (a Japanese term meaning "good change", "change to be better" or "improve", achieving benefits from continuous improvement), so in the process of working, I always have to think and find improvements to minimize costs and reduce accidents for workers.
